This thermoformed mould allows you to make 4 chocolate butter cookies ('petits écoliers') that will take you back to childhood memories of those delightful little cakes enjoyed during school outings or late afternoons.
This mould, while rigid, is reusable.
Pour tempered chocolate into the moulds and allow it to crystallise at room temperature.
To maintain, simply wipe the mould with a soft cloth.
Dishwasher use is not recommended.
