This chocolate is not as sweet and round as some others, but it has high complexity and is very full of interesting flavour notes.

I buy it to use in my kitchen, but end up enjoying a lot of it as plain chocolate treats.

Great for hot air circulation, and easy handling. They are the best.

Good flexibility of material combined with the resistance to stay in the right shape makes it a perfect mould for my purpose (making round shaped burgers thanks to this clever design).
