How to use a springform cake pan?
The springform mould is mainly used for dense and fragile cakes, difficult to release (cheesecake, charlotte, custard).
Removable bottom must be well wedged in the groove of the circle. It shouldn't move when the springform is locked with the hinge. This airtight mould will not leak any preparation. Pour your preparation into the springform pan. When set, open the hinge and carefully slide the circle over the top of the cake.
