Fruit purée, brands that care about fruit quality
MEILLEURduCHEF.com has selected two main fruit purées manufacturers in France: Capfruit and Ravifruit.
CapFruit is a committed partner of Terre à l'Assiette. The brand values authentic products and is responsible for entire fruit growing cycle, until transformation. Using a pasteurization technology, CapFruit preserves the fruit pulp and the aromas of the fruit. Capfruit provides fruit purées containing 90% fruit and 10% sugar. Practical packaging of 1 kg of fruit purée and a pouring cap.
CapFruit fruit purée is used by many pastry chefs and ice cream makers, Michelin-starred chefs and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and by world pastry champions.
Ravifruit has been promoting respect for nature and absolute quality for 30 years to offer the best fruits to professionals and individuals. Ravifruit offers a wide range of fruit purée (raspberry, pineapple, pear...). Partner of the World Pastry Cup, the brand is recognized for the excellence of its products, as much for the taste as for the texture. Fruit purée Ravifruit in 1kg package with a resealable cap. Gentle pasteurization preserves the taste and colour of the fruit.
Finally, MEILLEURduCHEF.com carries a selection of fruit preparations from Maison Miettes, based on the Basque coast. They combine tradition and craftsmanship to offer quality products with beautiful pieces of fruit. The gourmet recipes are developed by the Pastry Chef, Stéphane Bour.
