Pasteurized passion fruit puree packaged in rigid carton bottle with pouring cap.
Ideal ingredient for many uses: mousse, foam, ice cream, macarons, entremets, cocktails, smoothies, dessert sauces and glazes...
No preservatives, no flavouring, no colouring.
Chef Philippe's tip:
You have fruit puree left over and you're not sure what to do with it? You can store it for several weeks in the freezer. Divide it into portions (ice cube tray, frezer bags...) and place in the freezer. Just use the desired quantity when you need.

Great product!
I know that it will sound ridiculous to some, but in my country fruit's puree, are not very popular. So I was very pleased with the quality, taste and quick delivery of this one! I also ordered a mango one, and both were great! Stored some in the freezer, but the rest gone in some passion fruit cakes. Soon have to order again!
