The distinctive Global Sai range features 3 new characteristics:

1) An elegant design, with 7 iconic dots on the handle representing the 7 traditional Japanese virtues from the Samouraï code of honour, and an ergonomic handle for optimal comfort and safety.

2) The blade made from three layers of steel: an ultra-hard stainless steel core for added strength and two outer layers of more flexible stainless steel for resistance to rust and corrosion. The outer edges of the blade are made from the same steel as the one used for the handle for increased hardness.

3) The blade features an elegant hand-hammered finish with small hollow air pockets, allowing the blade to cut and glide through food without sticking.

Care recommendations:

• Hand-wash with warm water and wipe dry immediately.
• Not dishwasher safe.
• Do not use chlorinated products likely to damage the special steel of the blade.
