The spread features Piedmont hazelnuts, scientifically known as "Tonda Gentile Trilobata," renowned for their delicate and persistent flavor. These hazelnuts are cultivated on protected land in north-western Italy, near Turin, resulting in a high content of essential amino acids and vitamin E.

The hazelnuts are meticulously roasted and ground, combined with three other natural ingredients—creating a Meilleur du Chef exclusive for cocoa and dried fruit enthusiasts.
