Peppers roasted in oil always find their place in everyday cooking!

Recipe idea: Savory pancake with peppers, bacon bits and cheese (for 6 people):
For the savory pancake batter:
175g flour
2 eggs
30 cl of milk
1 packet of dry yeast
salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
For garnish :
1 can of roasted peppers in oil
1 yellow onion
200g sheep's cheese
125 g of bacon
Mix flour, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.
Add the eggs, olive oil and mix with a whisk.
Add the milk and let the dough rest for 1 hour, covered.
Fry the bacon with the onions for a few minutes in the pan.
Add the pepper strips.
In a buttered pancake pan, pour a ladle of batter and cook the first one.
Garnish it immediately with the pepper preparation and place a few slices of sheep's cheese! Repeat until there are no more ingredients.
