With its natural green-brown colour, this fragrant pistachio paste is a great addition to any pastry preparation.
Pistachios are shelled, toasted and ground into a fine paste with no added sugar or conservatives.
Recommended quantity: between 80 and 100 grams per litre.

Origin: Iran.
Ingredients: 100% pistachios. May contain traces of nuts (almonds).
