Patrick Cadix, Master Pasta Maker, carefully selects the finest varieties of French durum wheat to ensure exceptional quality.
They are made from French spring water and durum wheat, using bronze molds, giving them an exceptional character. The slow drying process and the quality of the semolina used make these pasta highly digestible.
During preparation, make sure to use a spacious pot, adding 1 liter of water for every 100 g of dry tagliatelle, or about 3 liters of water to cook 250 g of tagliatelle. Submerge the tagliatelle in boiling water, then adhere to the cooking time indicated on the label from the resumption of boiling. Then, drain and serve hot! Enjoy your meal!
