The Ébène chocolate pistoles (also called fondettes) bring a harmonious blend to your preparations, combining the roundness and softness of the beans with the power of this dark chocolate.
Ebony dark chocolate is recommended for the preparation of ganache, mousses and is used to make decorations. Very fluid, these pistoles of 2 g will melt easily and will be dosed to the nearest gram.
Product without gluten, GMOs or palm oil.
