The Hotchoc electric spray gun was specially designed with Krebs Swiss to spray an even mixture of chocolate and cocoa butter.
A heating ring around the nozzle, as well as an insulated cover surrounding the nozzle and cup, slows cooling and keeps the chocolate in a liquid state, for easy and even spraying.

The only gun approved for food contact.
Easy to clean by circulating water and degreasing product.
The removable parts are dishwasher safe.
Comes with one No. 6 round jet nozzle.

The Hotchoc electric spray gun is ideal for coloring impressions, filling molds, and decorating pastries, chocolates, or candies.
