1 - Temper your desired couverture chocolate (white, dark or milk).
2 - Mould the chocolate in the cavities (you can fill in the patterns beforehand with another colour of couverture chocolate).
3 - Allow the chocolate to crystallise.
4 - Turn out gently.
Clean with soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.
