This clear apricot glaze is perfect for glazing pastries and fruit tarts to give them a glossy finish.
Add 10 to 20% water or fruit juice to the glaze. Melt or bring to a gentle boil. Glaze using a pastry brush.

Ingredients: Glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, fruit puree, gelling agents: pectin E440, sodium alginate E401, acidifier: citric acid E330, apricot flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, colouring: paprika.

Dawn glaze

I regret buying this product .unfortunately I purchased 2 having read the description I thought it was just what I needed . However I found it difficult to work with either set too quickly as soon as youbtje away the heat or was too runny . ATLAS BRAND equivalent is so much superior . And makes glazing easy. I hope this is something you will be able to stock in the future .
