The Fiberform mold, launched in 2025 by Pavoni, meets specific needs and is aimed at pastry professionals.
Made of silicone and technical fiberglass, it guarantees flexibility and longevity.
Available in 7 essential shapes, in a 60 x 40 cm format, they are freezer-safe and oven-safe, allowing for great creativity.

Use from -40°C to +250°C.
Can be used in all types of ovens and in the freezer.
Can be used for doughs, mousses, creams, aspics, ice creams, desserts, and more.
If baking in a fan-assisted oven, it is recommended to use Fiberform on a rack or perforated baking sheet to promote the circulation of hot air.

• The Fiberform should not be placed in the oven without the product to be baked in the molds.
• As a general rule, unmolding is done immediately after removing from the oven. For delicate products (sponge cakes, dacquoise), it is best to let them cool before unmolding.
• Never cut products in the Fiberform.
• Do not cut the Fiberform.

Care and Cleaning:
It is recommended to clean the Fiberform after each use.

Depending on the product it contains, simply soaking it or rinsing it under hot water will remove any impurities. For heavier soiling, clean with a non-abrasive sponge and hot water with a degreasing agent.
