In a saucepan dissolve 25 g of sugar in 125 ml of water. Add the contents of an envelope. Stir until completely dissolved. Bring the mixture to boil, keep at a low boil for 1 minute. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled pie with a soft brush. The glaze sets within 1 hour at room temperature and 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
