It can be used hot or cold in your preparations.
This texturizer offers emulsifying and coagulating qualities as well as a perfect puff effect.
The properties of Patatowip are ideal for preparing macaroon shells, puffed cookies or sponge cakes.
This creation of the Sosa brand is also used in confectionery for the preparation of marshmallows for example.
