It allows you to easily monitor food core temperatures while cooking in the oven. Simply insert the probe into the center of your preparation, close the oven door, and keep an eye on the backlit screen of the unit. You can conveniently leave it on your countertop or use the magnet on the oven wall.
The No.9 probe thermometer is programmable, so you can set your desired temperature and receive alerts via an alarm as soon as it's reached.
