Neige de sorbet is a ready-to-use preparation made mainly from raspberry purée and sugar.
It allows you to quickly make a creamy homemade sorbet with a pronounced raspberry flavour.
The resulting sorbet can be enjoyed on its own or with fresh fruit, whipped cream, topping, etc.
Applications :
Place the preparation directly into the bowl of the ice cream maker and start a 20-minute sorbet programme.
Ideally, you should eat the sorbet immediately.
However, it keeps very well in the freezer for several days.
Before opening, the pasteurised carton can be stored at room temperature until opened, then refrigerated.
But it can also be put straight into the fridge before use to preserve all its organoleptic qualities.
