Description

The Naturkraft is an enhancer for your flours. It does not replace yeast but complements it.
It will give your pizza dough a perfect balance between taste and crispness.
Developed in Italy in collaboration with the University of Parma for Stagioni Mills, this sourdough is used with 00 type flours.
The natural drying of the fresh yeast has resulted in a product that contains a perfect balance of yeast and the best strains of lactic acid bacteria.
It is recommended in all types of dough. When using Naturkraft, it is advisable to reduce the amount of brewer's yeast in the mixture by 20%.

  • Dose: 60 g per 1 L of water or 32 g per 1 kg of flour, and slightly reduce the quantity of yeast.
  • Ingredients: dry sourdough produced from wheat flour (90%) and malted wheat flour (10%).
  • Shelf life: 12 months from production date
