Chocolate glaze for mirror.
Can be frozen and defrosted.
Apply directly to your Bavarois.
After opening, close the package tightly, store at room temperature and use within one month.
For glazing curved surfaces, heat slightly (between 30 and 40°C).
Apply with a ladle.
