Description

Pre-printed thermoformed mould with 9 cavities for creating chocolate log ends decorated with a festive "Happy Holidays" design featuring Christmas baubles, garlands and stars.

Method:

Temper your couverture chocolate (white, dark or milk).
Pour the chocolate into the moulds — you can fill the decorative details first with a different coloured chocolate for contrast.
Leave the chocolate to crystallise completely.
Carefully remove from the mould.

Clean with soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.
