The "Happy Holidays" Christmas tree thermoformed mold is handcrafted in the south-west of France by Denis Darroman, former Master Artisan Chocolatier-Confectioner.

This mold is quite rigid and reusable.
Simply pour the tempered chocolate into the indentations and leave to crystallize at room temperature.
The result: a pretty Christmas tree in dark, white or milk chocolate, to taste or to offer during the end-of-year celebrations.
For maintenance, simply wiping the mold with a soft cloth is sufficient.
It is not recommended to clean a chocolate mold with water, let alone put it in the dishwasher.
