The "metallic effect" spray dyes have been added to the existing range of "velvet effect" sprays for even more creativity and colour in pastry-making.
The metallic effect spray enhances entremets, cakes, chocolates, macaroons...
It's particularly popular for festive events such as end-of-year celebrations, weddings and birthdays.

Applications:
Before use, leave the bottle at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
As the aerosol is extremely flammable, do not preheat the spray in a bain-marie before use, as it may burst under the effect of heat.
Shake well and spray a thin, even layer at a distance of 25/30 cm from the surface.
Spray onto frozen desserts.
Avoid excessive use. Wait 4 hours before serving.
