This coconut cookie mix allows you to easily reproduce Chef Philippe's failproof recipe at home.

Manufactured in our laboratory in the Basque country, France, this instant mix for coconut cookies is made of healthy, quality ingredients.
Deliciously moreish and reduced in sweetness, coconut cookies are an all-time favourite for children of all ages.
Thanks to this instant mix, preparing a delicious afternoon treat is easy as a breeze.

Instructions for 12 cookies:
1. Pour the mix into a bowl. Add the water at room temperature and combine with a spatula.
2. Set aside for 5 minutes and combine again.
3. Using a tartlet ring Ø 7cm, shape the 12 coconut cookies on a silicone mat or a sheet of greaseproof paper. Press the preparation into the ring with a spoon in order to create a compact cookie (thickness : 1cm), then remove the ring and shape another cookie.
4. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 200°C (gas 7) for 20 or 25 minutes until golden.
5. Leave to cool and enjoy.
