This Modena balsamic cream with figs is produced by master vinegar maker Frédéric Chaix.
With a subtle taste, this balsamic cream releases vegetable and fruit notes with hints of red berries, watermelon and rock melon.

It pairs well with salads, white meat, fish, ice cream, sorbets, fruit salads, cheese and foie gras.
