Description

Yuzu ponzu sauce is a soy sauce with dashi (a clear broth made from dried ingredients, usually bonito) and yuzu.
This recipe also contains a little vinegar.
It is widely used in Japanese cuisine and is becoming increasingly popular in European cuisine.
Shibanuma Yuzu Ponzu Sauce brings a fresh, exotic flavour to grilled fish and can also be used to make sauces or marinades.
