Penja black pepper is the first pepper in Cameroon to be granted the IGP label (Protected Geographical Indication).
Harvested and sorted by hand without any treatment, this black pepper is considered by chefs as one of the best in the world.
Penja black pepper has the perfect balance between heat and woody, earthy aromas and notes of tannin towards the end.
This intense pepper is a great addition to sauces, red meats or strong cheese.

Grind your pepper straight from the tub with the convenient grinder head attachment.
You can also create your own mix using an empty tub.
