Transfer sheets for chocolate "Chic decor" with edible printing allowing the realization of decorated chocolate by transfer.
Possible supports: Chocolate, mouse, ice cream, sugar paste.

How to use a chocolate transfer sheet?
Print on your cookie dough: Place the transfer sheet (printed side) over the rolled out pastry. Reserve in the freezer (-17°C) for at least 6 hours. Gently remove the transfer sheet before cooking.
Print on your chocolates: Lay gently your chocolates on the sheet. Leave to crystallize overnight in a cool room.
This transfer sheet is not suitable for sponge biscuit.

• Ingredients: cocoa butter, soy lecithin, E110, E171 colourings.
• Substrate: PVC/PE or PET sheet whith food printing
• Sheet size: 40 x 25cm
• Storage: in a dry, odourless environment at 15-20°C
• Packaging : Bag of 3 sheets
