The perforated aluminium surface allows air to circulate evenly and efficiently during baking.
Ideal for use in combination with baking mats.

Note from manufacturer: "You might find light scratch marks on your perforated aluminium baking sheet. These are inherent in the manufacturing process and do not affect the quality of the product, including its great heat conduction properties."

Great addition to my baking-arsenal
It‘s sturdy, it‘s the perfect size and it‘s easy to clean.
Its flatness makes it perfect for storing various doughs in the fridge.
Shortbread (in combination with a perforated silicone baking mat) bakes extra-crispy on this board.

This sheet makes the difference in between an undercooked and a perfectly cooked crust for your pies. I highly recommend all Mallard Ferriere pastry items as I find them essential !
