Bird's eye chilli is a great addition to Creole and Asian recipes, sweet and sour preparations, marinades, etc. They can be infused in sauces or crushed and sprinkled over your dish, or any way you like.
Chef Philippe's tip: I use a little bit of Piri Piri chilli with pan-fried king prawns, oilive oil, smoked salt, bell peppers and candied orange zest with a side of fragrant rice.
