Praised by pastry chefs around the world, these authentic Tahitian vanilla pods from Taha'a island develop an extremely aromatic profile with notes of almond, tonka bean and tobacco.
The Vanilla Tahitensis variety is thicker and meatier than its Planifolia cousin from Madagascar and can be used several times.

Unlike the Planifolia which is harvested green then dried, this vanilla from Tahiti is left to dry on the plant until fully ripe.
