Valrhona 60% dark chocolate chips are generous and tasty thanks to their high cocoa content and a gentle hint of natural vanilla.
A concentrate of flavours in a pretty drop-shaped chip, representing the mastery of Valrhona chocolates.
Their crunchy texture contrasts with the tenderness of the cocoa paste.
Resistant to baking, they are ideal for viennoiserie and pastries.

Applications:
For inclusion in brioches, cakes, cookies, muffins...
But also as decoration for desserts, ice cream sundaes, pancakes or waffles...

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
Storage: reseal the product to preserve its properties and store at between 16° and 18°C.
