This vanilla came into being thanks to the rigorous and meticulous work of Breton growers who set themselves the challenge of diversifying their production and successfully growing vanilla in mainland France.
After five years of collaboration, and with the support of their cooperative, Les Maraîchers d'Armor, and the Terre d'Essais experimental station, this project has come to fruition and is now a hit with local chefs and enthusiasts seeking exceptional products.
A dark, creamy vanilla, rich in seeds and vanillin (minimum 2%), to deliciously flavour all your cooking and baking recipes, and much more besides.
