This cream, handcrafted at the Aix et Terra factory, offers a rich chocolate flavour enhanced by the delicate notes of honey and almonds from the small pieces of Montélimar nougat.

Its smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture makes it perfect for enjoying at breakfast, spread directly onto fresh bread, brioche or pancakes. Or as an afternoon treat, served with crêpes or waffles.
It's also ideal for creating a melt-in-the-mouth centre in muffins or desserts, or for drizzling over a sundae.
