The Moulin de la Veyssière hazelnut spread is an artisanal speciality from the Périgord region, made from French hazelnuts and carefully selected ingredients. It combines roasted hazelnut paste, made directly at the mill, with hazelnut oil, milk, sugar and 70% organic dark chocolate, with no additives or preservatives.
It is made using traditional methods: the hazelnuts are ground with a stone mill and the oil is extracted using ancient techniques, which preserves the taste and aroma of the fruit.
This spread can be enjoyed at breakfast or as a snack, on bread, pancakes or biscuits. It can also be served with dried fruit or used in homemade recipes to add a delicious, crunchy touch with its small hazelnut pieces. For best results, store in a cool place after opening.
