The origin of Indian pepper.
Historically, the Kerala region is the birthplace of pepper. We selected a variety found in the South-West of India and discovered by Vasco de Gama.
With a selection of the biggest peppercorns only, this variety develops a highly aromatic profile with a long taste on the palate. It will pair well with red meat, vegetables and grilled ingredients.
Chef Philippe's tip: Crush the peppercorns with a mortar and pestle and add to your beef stock.
