A creation of the master chocolatiers, Opalys, a grand cru from the Valrhona chocolate factory, surprises with its extreme whiteness.
Creamy and low in sugar, it develops balanced milky and vanilla flavours in the mouth.
Recommendations for use:
Its medium fluidity offers optimal conditions for all moulding, coating and tablet creations.
In pastry making, it is ideal for the preparation of mousses, ganaches and creams.

Ingredients: cocoa butter 34.6%, whole milk powder 32.3%, sugar 32.3%, emulsifier: soya lecithin 0.6%, natural vanilla extract 0.2%. May contain: gluten, nuts.
Store in a dry place between 16 and 18°C
