Phu Quoc red pepper comes from the Pham family farm on the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc.
Grown without any chemical inputs, using traditional and natural methods, this pepper reflects all the craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation.

Phu Quoc red pepper is an exceptional grand cru.
As surprising as Kampot pepper, it is harvested at full maturity and is distinguished by its deep red colour and round, warm and fruity flavours.

Milder than black pepper but just as expressive, it offers a subtle attack followed by a long finish. Its aromas evoke red fruits, honey and undergrowth, making it a refined addition to both everyday dishes and gourmet creations.

To fully appreciate its flavours, we recommend grinding it with a suitable pepper mill just before serving.

Max Daumin has been awarded the Artisan de Qualité label by the Collège Culinaire de France 2021 (National Association of Starred Chefs).
