This black pepper harvested in north-eastern India near Bhutan is a rare find.
While it might look like long pepper, its flavour is completely different.
With a complex aromatic profile, this pepper develops smoky notes first, then releases refreshing, slightly mouth-numbing aromas of lemon and mint like the Sichuan variety.

Harvested by hand, this black pepper pairs well with fish, seafood and certain meats such as lamb or veal.
