The Hula mould kit includes a base Ø 18cm (photo #3 on the right) and a spiral top mould (photo #3 on the left).

The 'Torte di Emmanuele' range of silicone moulds was designed by world-champion pastry chef Emmanuele Forcone for Pavoni.
The non-stick silicone material ensures an easy release from the mould. Simply add the finish of your choice: fresh fruits, glaze, pearl velvet icing...
Manufactured in Italy, these silicone moulds allow you to create spectacular desserts with a unique 3D effect and are suitable for use in the freezer or oven.
Your creations will reproduce all the details of the mould. No greasing needed.
