Almond meal is a delicious alternative for pastry and baking, particularly almond cream filling, macarons and all sorts of biscuits.
This fine powder is produced by shelling, washing, blanching and grinding whole almonds.
Once opened, store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
May contain traces of other dried fruits and nuts.
