This meat concentrate is a culinary glaze in the form of a paste which makes it possible to realize: cooked sauces, dishes, soups, mashed potatoes, stuffing...
It disperses in a liquid or a hot or cold preparation, at a rate of 10 g to 40 g of product per liter, according to the desired meat taste.

Ingredients: Beef 25%, yeast extract, flavors (wheat), sugar, salt, palm oil, water, tomato paste, color (ammoniacal caramel), spices (coriander seeds, white pepper), thickener (xanthan gum), antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols, bay leaf extract
DDM: 18 months
Storage: tightly closed pot in a dry place away from heat. After opening, refrigerate.
