Dehydrated preparation for pork jus.
Base for making more or less full-bodied juices, sauces, dressings and dressings.
To be easily personalized by adding fruits, vegetables or condiments.
Associated with a blond caramel and spices, it can be used to glaze pork ribs.
One box can prepare up to 20 liters of juice.

Uses:
Dissolve the dehydrated product in boiling or cold water, with a whisk.
Bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes.

• Ingredients: corn starch, maltodextrin, salt, flavorings (with wheat, celery), pork 8.7% (dehydrated smoked shoulder ham 5% (pork shoulder 3%, salt 2%, smoked), smoked bacon 3.7% (lard, salt, smoke), yeast extract, caramelized sugar, garlic, whey protein, sunflower oil, thyme, paprika extract.
