The Galaxie dark chocolate couverture is a unique blend of four of the finest cocoa beans.
It has acid, woody notes with an intense bitterness and toasted dried fruits aromas.
Easy to work thanks a great fluidity, it is the perfect couverture for many applications such as ganache, mousse, enrobing, moulding, etc.

Cocoa content: 67% minimum
Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: non-GMO soy lecithin, vanilla.
