Araguani dark chocolate 72% has a powerful yet subtle profile, with sweet spice notes and a hint of woody aromas.
The Araguani dark chocolate is made of 100% cocoa beans from Venezuela's Sur Del Lago region and its patchwork of mountains, forests and salt water lakes.
This is a high end bitter dark chocolate for the strict, high cocoa dark chocolate lovers.
'Araguaney' is a native tree typical of the region.

Araguani is highly recommended for various culinary applications such as mouldings, tablets, mousses, creams, ganaches, ice creams, and sorbets.
Its rich and intense flavour pairs exceptionally well with coffee, gingerbread, vanilla, liquorice, and olive.
Tempering curve: Melting at 55-58°C, crystallisation at 28-29°C, working temperature at 31-32°C.

  • Best before date: 18 months from production date.
