Before starting this Breaded Goat's Cheese Wraps recipe, make sure you have organised all the necessary ingredients.
Cut the tomato into thin slices.
Remove the spine from the lettuce.
In a hot frying pan with oil, brown the breaded goat's cheese discs on both sides.
When golden, place on paper towel to absorb the oil. Keep warm.
Place a wheat tortilla on your worktop surface.
Place a lettuce leaf over the tortilla, then cover with a couple of tomato slices...
... and a few raw onion rings.
Place one hot goat's cheese disc on top and drizzle with mustard dressing.
Roll the tortilla to create a cone. Serve immediately while the ingredients are hot! I recommend using a wooden pick to make sure the wrap keeps its shape.
