Ready-to-use, smooth liquid paste.
This praline paste is finely ground for a smooth texture and releases delicious notes of roasted almonds and hazelnuts.
It is a great addition to any pastry preparation (cream, mousse, sauce, ice cream...) but also a delicious filling for cakes and chocolates.
Storage: Away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 20°C).

• Ingredients: 60% roasted almonds and hazelnuts, pure sugar caramel, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
• Application: ready-to-use paste, ideal for creams, mousses, sauces and ice creams.
