Applications :
Pour the ready-to-use mixture directly into the bowl of your ice cream maker and run a 20-minute sorbet cycle. For the best texture, enjoy immediately after churning. Leftovers can be stored in the freezer for several days.

Before opening, this pasteurized carton can be stored at room temperature. Once opened, keep it in the fridge. For optimal flavour and performance, we recommend chilling the carton in the fridge before use.

• Ingredients: water, lemon juice 23.5%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, dextrose, locust bean gum, methylcellulose, carrageenan, pectin.
• Storage: in a cool, dry place. To preserve its qualities even better, keep refrigerated and eat as soon as possible after opening.
