This crunchy passion fruit filling is a ready-to-use paste, perfect as an insert for entremets such as Trianon.
Part of the crispy fillings range, it is made with premium ingredients and designed for use in desserts, sweets, and chocolates.

Ready to use at room temperature or after a brief moment in the microwave, it stays deliciously crunchy even after defrosting.

Applications:
Spread directly onto a biscuit base, tartlet or choux éclair. It can also be used in chocolate making as a candy filling, or in catering for decorative plate presentations.

• Ingredients: white chocolate 50%, broken biscuits, rapeseed oil, passion fruit and passion fruit crunchies 10%, soya lecithin, flavouring, natural colouring paprika extract.
• Storage: store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (10-25°C). Sensitive to strong odours. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
